Return & Refund Policy

At Vigilant Training Services, we aim to deliver high-quality, accredited training and ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be granted for training courses booked through our platform.

1. Course Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any course.

  • A deposit may be accepted to reserve your seat; however, the full balance must be paid before the first day of training.

  • All payments made are considered confirmation of your commitment to attend the course.

2. Cancellation by the Learner

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your course, the following refund rules apply:

Note: Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of notice period.

3. Rescheduling Requests

You may request to reschedule your course date under the following conditions:

  • Reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours before the course start date.

  • Only one reschedule per booking is allowed.

  • Any rescheduling after that will incur a £30 rebooking fee.

4. Cancellation by Vigilant Training Services

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as low enrollment, trainer unavailability, or venue issues.

If this occurs:

  • You will be offered a full refund
    OR

  • You may transfer your booking to another available course date at no extra cost

We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible in the event of such changes.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of request approval.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.

  • We reserve the right to withhold refunds if course attendance policies or identification requirements were not met by the learner.

6. Non-Attendance & Dismissal

  • No refunds will be given for failure to attend the course.

  • Learners removed from training due to misconduct, abusive behaviour, or policy violation will not be eligible for any refund.

  • Any learner arriving late or without proper ID, as stated in the joining instructions, may be refused entry and forfeit their course fee.

7. Medical or Emergency Situations

In case of genuine emergencies (e.g. medical conditions, family bereavement), supporting documentation may be required to assess refund or rescheduling eligibility.

We aim to handle such cases with compassion and fairness.
